Appellant Daniel Barnes was convicted of aggravated assault upon an employee of a correctional facility and misdemeanor criminal mischief, for which he was sentenced to three years’ probation and a $250 fine. He raises two points on appeal, (1) that the trial court erred by allowing him to be prosecuted for aggravated assault because the information tracked language from a version of Ark.
