Appellant, Claude J. Harrington, filed a bill in the circuit court of Lee county praying for partition of 80 acres of land in that county owned by him and appellee, Pearl E. Travis, as tenants in common. The bill also prayed that a deed to appellee from Chester Eugene Harrington, the father of appellant and appellee, conveying 160 acres of land in that county, be set aside and that land also partitioned. An answer was filed by appellee, to which appellant filed a replication. The cause was referred to a master in chancery, who found that the deed was valid and that appellee was the owner of…
