Statement of the Case.
MONROE, C. J.
Defendant prosecutes this appeal from a verdict and judgment condemning it to pay plaintiff $0,000 as damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained, through the fault of defendant, whilst she was a passenger upon one of its *881cars. It is admitted that the car in which she was riding was negligently backed into by another of defendant’s cars, and that, “if plaintiff was injured, she should recover such damages as she did actually sustain.”
