AMENDED OPINION
ASHLAND, Bankruptcy Judge:
United California Savings Bank, formerly known as Anaheim Savings & Loan Association, appeals an order of the bankruptcy court confirming the Chapter 13 plan of the debtor Dannette M. Martin. We affirm.
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
On January 29, 1991 the debtor, Dan-nette Martin, executed and delivered a promissory note to Liberty Federal Service Corporation for $39,000 with interest at the initial rate of 14.5% per annum payable monthly according to its terms, with the note all due and payable on March 1, 1998.
