Plaintiff Scott Tillman brings this suit for workman’s compensation against his

182 So.2d — 34V2 employer Webre Steel Company and its compensation insurer Travelers Insurance Company for total and permanent disability as a result of an injury which he received on November 8, 1962.

Defendants filed an answer admitting the injury, denying the total and permanent disability, admitting that 65% of plaintiff’s average weekly wage would equal or exceed $35.00 a week and further alleged that compensation was paid plaintiff from the date of the accident through December 20, 1963 for a total…
