William E. Shields, Jr., Guardian of the Estates of William E. Shields, III, and Katherine Marie Shields, Minors, brought this action in the District Court of Tarrant County, Texas seeking a writ of mandamus against A. L. Crouch, Judge of the Probate Court of Tarrant County, Texas.
