Bowman County v. McIntyxe

William A. McIntyre was the treasurer of Bowman county from May 2d, 1921, to September 11th, 1923. This action was brought to recover against McIntyre and the state bonding fund on account of defaults within the provisions of McIntyre’s official bond.
