Appeal by the claimant, New York Telephone Company, from a determination of the Board of Claims of the State of New York, entered in the office of the clerk of said Board on the 2d day of September, 1914, disallowing the claim herein.

■ The question involved upon this appeal is whether the claimant, which is a domestic corporation organized under the Transportation Corporations Law (Consol. Laws, chap. 63; Laws of 1909, chap. 219), is entitled to compensation from the State for the portion of its telephone line destroyed in connection with the construction, pursuant to chapter 14T of the Laws of 1903, commonly known as the Barge Canal Act, and the acts amend- • *312atory thereof, of the State reservoir at Delta in the county of Oneida.
