Marshall, Justice.

The appellant was indicted for “Trafficking in Illegal Drugs.” “Any person who knowingly sells, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this State, or who is knowingly in actual possession of, four grams or more of any morphine, opium, or any salt, isomer, or salt of an isomer thereof, including heroin, as described in Schedule I and Schedule II, or four grams or more of any mixture containing any such substance, in violation of this Chapter, shall be guilty of the felony of ‘Trafficking in Illegal Drugs.’ ” Code Ann. § 79A-811 (k) (Ga.
