It The matter now before us originated as a petition for declaratory judgment filed by the New Iberia Firefighters Association Local 755 and individual firefighters (firefighters) against their employer, the City of New Iberia (the City), relative to issues involving supplemental and longevity pay and the City’s sick leave, drug, and alcohol policies.
