This case is now before us on remand from the Supreme Court. On December 20, 2004, we affirmed appellant’s conviction and sentence, U.S. v. Garcia-Mejia, 394 F.3d 396 (5th Cir.2004), and by its June 6, 2005 order the Supreme Court granted appellant’s petition for writ of certiorari, vacated our judgment and remanded the case to this court “for further consideration in light of United States v.
