Appeal from an order of the County Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), entered December 20, 2013, which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender and a sexually violent offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts each of course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
