MOORE, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant Emil Ewolski, acting as Administrator for the estates of John M. Lekan, Beverly Lekan, and John T. Lekan, appeals the district court’s decision granting summary judgment to all defendants in the instant § 1983 and state law tort action.
