In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., resulting from a dog bite, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Green, J.), dated June 26, 1986, which is against them and in favor of the defendants upon the granting of the defendants’ motion made after the conclusion of the presentation of evidence by the parties to dismiss the complaint for failure to establish a prima facie case.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the motion is denied, and a new trial is granted, with costs to abide the event.
