HUDOCK, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence after Appellant was convicted in a non-jury trial of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence. 1 The trial judge found Appellant not guilty of all other charges which included the following: murder, involuntary manslaughter, simple assault, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence. 2 Timely filed post-verdict motions were denied, and Appellant was sentenced to three and one-half to seven years in prison. This direct appeal followed. We must reverse.
