In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Pamela J. Thomas, also known as Pamela Thomas, and Carl Thomas appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Adams, J.), entered August 25, 2014, and (2), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court entered August 28, 2014, as granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment on the complaint insofar as asserted against them and for an order of reference.
