This case comés before the court upon the petition of the defendant, praying the court to vacate an order of support heretofore made.

To get a correct understanding of the case it will be proper to state the facts, Sam Tedesco, defendant, is the husband of one Rose Tedesco, and is the father of two children born to Rose Tedesco, one, Brenda, aged about 3%. years, and the other, Josephine, aged about 4% years.
