THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff Skyline Potato Company and Intervening Plaintiffs’ Joint Motion for Leave to Take the Deposition of Non-Parties Shawna Casey, Stephanie Merritt, and Unidentified Kroger Corporate Representative, filed May 25, 2012 (Doe. 177)(“Motion to Take Depositions”).
