Barbre sued Rebecca Powell Pone to recover for a breach of warranty of title to real estate described in a warranty deed from the defendant to the plaintiff as “lots Nos. 20 and 21 in block D in East Albany, Georgia, of the C. M. Shackelford addition to East Albany, Georgia, according to plat of said subdivision recorded in the office of the clerk of the superior court of Dougherty County, Georgia,” being the property deeded to the defendant by Alex Davis.
