This matter is before the court on the verified complaint of A.C. Williams Company (“A.C. Williams”), Ravenna Industries, Inc. (“Ravenna”), and M.F. Company fka Miami Foundry Corporation (“Miami”), debtors, to determine tax liability and for injunctive relief.
