{¶ 1} Nicholas Rigel appeals the trial court's overruling of his motions to suppress evidence obtained during the investigation of a large-scale indoor marijuana production operation in Clark County run by him and his brother Timothy. Finding no error, we affirm.

I. Background

{¶ 2} The Clark County Sheriff's Office began to investigate the operation in 2010. A confidential source told police that Rigel's brother was engaging in a "weed franchise" arrangement with tenants in rental properties, which the source knew because he had been a "franchisee."
