In an action, inter alia, for a partnership accounting, the defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), entered October 16, 1991, as denied that branch of his motion which was to dismiss the first cause of action as barred by the Statute of Limitations.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and that branch of the defendant’s *466motion which was to dismiss the first cause of action as barred by the Statute of Limitations is granted.
