Under the will of Jos. ~W. Baugh, certain real estate and the “ one-fifth part in value” of his personal estate, was bequeathed to *224the complainant, his daughter, then Fannie E. Baugh, subject to the following limitations:

“ To have and to hold the same, together with the increase, rents, and profits thereof, to her sole and separate use and benefit, and free from the debts, contracts, liabilities, and control of any husband whom she may marry, and for and during the term of her natural life; and at her death the said property, real and personal, together with the increase, rents, and profits…
