Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County, rendered May 7, 1979, convicting defendant upon his *944pleas of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the second degree and burglary in the third degree. The defendant was charged with crimes in two indictments. In the first indictment he was charged with the crimes of burglary in the second degree, grand larceny and petit larceny. In the second indictment he was charged with burglary in the third degree and petit larceny.
