Appellants here request a determination of which party shall pay the costs of preparing a transcript pursuant to an appeal from a decision of the Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board. At a Rule *27 conference, the parties stipulated that the costs of transcript questions only should be resolved at this time, with the merits of the appeal to be resolved subsequently when the transcript is filed.
