MEMORANDUM **

Plaintiffs Lora Smith and Cynthia Him-ple appeal the district court’s order dismissing their putative class action under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). Because we conclude that the district court lacked subject matter jurisdiction, we vacate the district court’s order and remand with instructions to dismiss the case under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1).
