MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Ruth A. Lee (“Lee”) asserts claims based on sex and age discrimination. In particular, she asserts claims for disparate treatment, hostile work environment, retaliation, Equal Pay Act violations, and constructive termination. The parties have filed cross-motions for summary judgment. For the reasons discussed below, the court denies Lee’s motion for summary judgment. The court also denies Defendant Kenneth L.
