Plaintiff seeks a judgment of annulment of his marriage to defendant either on the ground of her willful concealment of her prior mental illness (first cause of action) or of her having induced the marriage by falsely representing that she would bear children when such was never her intention (second cause of action) or judgment of divorce because of defendant’s alleged cruel and inhuman treatment of plaintiff (third cause of action).
