MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HARVEY M. LEBOWITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case calls upon the Court to determine the avoidability of a wage garnishment payment made to a judgment creditor during the ninety-day period prior to the filing of a bankruptcy petition when such payment was based upon an attachment served upon the garnishee more than ninety days before the filing of the bankruptcy petition.
