¶40 (concurring) — I agree with the majority that the prosecutor’s closing argument in this case contained so much personal opinion, vouching, and inflammatory imagery that we must reverse. But it is the vouching, prejudice, and the inflammatory imagery that necessitate reversal, not the prosecutor’s use of actually admitted evidence. And some of the material on the PowerPoint slides that the majority quotes and reproduces fall into the latter, permissible category — evidence—rather than the former, impermissible category.
