— Appellant filed its amended complaint against appellee to recover two cents per hundred pounds for stone shipped from the Bloomington-Bedford District to Indianapolis during the period of time between May 12, 1925, and February 19, 1926. The amended complaint is of considerable length. The salient facts pleaded are: That -during all the time involved in this action, appellant had mills at Indianapolis and was engaged in the fabrication of stone.
