hT.H., a sixteen-year-old, was adjudicated a delinquent and found guilty of theft of an item valued at $75.78, a violation of La. R.S. 14:67. The trial court sentenced him to six months with the Office of Juvenile Justice, suspended the sentence, and placed him on active probation for a period of six months. The court also ordered T.H. to complete forty hours community service. T.H. appeals asserting the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction.
