This appeal is from a judgment of the Johnson Circuit Court affirming the action of the Johnson County Board of Education annexing certain portions of United Rural District No. 19 to Lamar District and another portion to Oark, and from the further action of the court in voiding the Board’s order annexing certain territory of United District to the Lamar District, which had been previously offered to Clarksville District No. 17, and refused.
