Plaintiff,' a corporation domiciled at Alexandria, La., asks judgment against defendant, carrying on a restaurant business at Jonesboro, La., for $180, the price of an electric refrigerator sold by it to defendant, to he shipped direct from the factory of the Standard Refrigerator Company, at Fond du Lac, Wis.
