Appellant instituted suit against appellee in the Lonoke Circuit Court to recover $339.38 for employing his renter, A. B. Hill, in violation of Act 298, Acts 1905, of the General Assembly, amending section 5030 of Kirby’s Digest. It was alleged in the complaint that A. B.
