Edgar Price, a citizen and resident of Garrard County, died testate in July, 1937. After his death his will, which was executed on January 8, 1930, was duly probated. In its entirety (excluding signatures) it says: “Jan. 8th 1930.. I will to my wife Mary all my property after my debts are paid to do as she pleases with.
