JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} In State v. Powers, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CR-450568, applicant was found guilty by a jury and convicted of two counts of felonious sexual penetration with force. This court affirmed that judgment in State v. Powers, Cuyahoga App. No. 86381, 2006-Ohio-1942. The Supreme Court of Ohio denied Powers's pro se motion for leave to appeal and dismissed the appeal as not involving any substantial constitutional question. State v. Powers, Ohio St.3d,2006-Ohio-5083.
