COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

After a fire of incendiary origin destroyed their house, Jon and Renea Brawner sued Allstate Indemnity Company for denying a claim on a homeowners insurance policy. Allstate asserted that the Brawners’ coverage was void because they made several material misrepresentations during Allstate’s fire investigation. A jury in a first trial found in favor of Allstate, but the district court granted a new trial. At a second trial, a jury found for Allstate on the misrepresentation defense.
