This is a suit seeking damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as a result of a gun shot wound. Suit was brought for $22,055.00 damages, alleging that defendant intentionally shot plaintiff and in the alternative that the shooting and resulting injuries suffered by plaintiff were due to the negligence of the defendant.…
