Rizzo v. D'Ambrosio

Petitions for the allowance of three successive wills executed by John D’Ambrosio on December 12, 1966, August 21, 1968, and October 8, 1968, respectively, were heard together with a bill in equity brought by the special administrator of the estate to recover certain property belonging to the estate.
