DAVISON, Justice.

On June 7, 1950, George Everett Stockton, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that on March 23, 1950, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment with the Spartan Aircraft Company. On December 11, 1951, an award was entered for *33420 per cent permanent disability to the body as a whole. This award was paid and satisfied.
