Order insofar as it denied defendants’ motion to dismiss complaint and dismissed plaintiffs’ claim for money damages unanimously affirmed; cross appeal unanimously dismissed as moot, all without costs. Memorandum: Subsequent to entry of the order restraining defendants from violating the village zoning ordinance and directing them to reduce the number of dwelling units from 5 to 2, the Village Zoning Board of Appeals granted defendants a variance permitting a five-unit apartment use on their property.
