—Judgment unanimously reversed on the law without costs and new trial granted in accordance with the following Memorandum: Plaintiff appeals from a judgment upon a jury verdict of no cause of action in this medical malpractice action. Plaintiff commenced this action individually and on behalf of her 14-month-old son to recover damages for injuries arising from complications following elective surgery on her son at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo (Hospital).
