Jose Lazaro Robaina appeals a final order entered in the District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota, upon a jury verdict, finding him guilty of four counts of drug trafficking in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846(a)(1) and one count of use of a firearm in relation to drug trafficking in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). Robaina was sentenced to 84 months on the drug trafficking convictions and 60 months on the firearm conviction, to run consecutively.
