WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:
James M. Castner and Kenneth D. Sechler appeal their convictions and their resulting sentences for committing major fraud against the United States, 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1031-1032 (West Supp.1994), and mail fraud, 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1341-1342 (West 1984 & Supp. 1994).
