Fitz v. Eubanks

The writ of habeas corpus issued upon petition in this case should be and is hereby quashed and petitioner is hereby remanded upon authority of the opinion of this Court in the companion proceeding of State v. Fitz, 202 So.2d 841 filed this date.

It is so ordered.
