MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HADEN, Chief Judge.
Pending are (1) Plaintiffs motion to remand; (2) Defendants’ motion to dismiss; and (3) Plaintiffs motion to amend the complaint. The Court GRANTS the motion to remand and DENIES the remaining motions as moot.
