STEWART, Circuit Judge:

This ease requires us to consider the district court’s affirmance of a final judgment entered against Defendant-Appellant Mark J. Zimmermann (“Zimmermann”) by the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. Zimmermann was the subject of an adversary proceeding brought by Plaintiff-Appellee John James Jenkins (“Jenkins” or “Trustee”), the Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of GGM, P.C., f/k/a Geary, Glast & Middleton, P.C.
