This case was heard on August 17, 2010. Reference is made to the January 7, 2010, order of consolidation for the cases affected by this ruling. The cases were consolidated pursuant to the Virginia MultiClaimant Litigation Act § 8.01-267.1 et seq. The order itself identifies the parties.
