Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 13, 1973, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, assault in the second degree and criminal impersonation, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. On July 29, 1972 the complainant answered the doorbell ring at his home in Queens and admitted two men, one of whom (the appellant herein) flashed a badge and identified himself as a detective from the homicide squad.
